definitely better than I could do on that sort of thing.

Editing peoples real life pictures, to make them look funny is something that I enjoy doing.

No one can give you a really good answer unless we know what options are available to you. I assume this is in your 401K.
I do not like the total bond market fund at this time. Interest rates are going to go up and the value of the fund will drop as a result. If you have a short term bond fund I would go with it as rates are going to rise.
I am not a fan of target funds and write about at them at length on my blog but in this case it may be your best choice.
The Vanguard International growth is too much of your investment. I would limit that to 30%.
