Like many artists nowadays, I find myself increasingly immersed in the digital world when it comes to doing my own work or that of clients. Still, I continue to be fond of and, when I have a moment, continue to practice a number of art forms that are not so PC- or Mac-based (I prefer the Macs--I confess). Although I only thought it somewhat interesting at first, I now think Mr. Fazzino's
3d pop art, especially his
jewish art and
cityscape artwork (I'm from NY; I can't help myself), is quite wonderful. I also think that my observation of the process by which he creates his work has colored by judgment significantly, for I tend to respect art to a far greater degree if I know the process of its creation was very meticulous.
