I've been told that classical music is best for a growing baby.  Is this true?  Can I use a different type of music?  I want to do what I can to help my child grow.  Any comments or suggestions are very welcome and appreciated.

I've heard the same things, classical music is very relaxing and peaceful so no reason why a baby wouldnt respond in the same way I guess...

Yes  classical music is so helpful for pregnant women for growth of  baby..I've heard that when a baby (unborn or born) listens to classical music, they can absorb more information because the music stimulates their brain...or something to the equivalent.
