Belly fat seems to be a huge problem for lots of people...I think to lose stomach fat you have to throw out the junk food! You are what you eat, so don’t eat junk. Do not keep junk food like cookies, chips, sweets,and Aerobic exercise will facilitate fat loss all over your body, including your belly...along with that Try not to have late night snacks...try this and i m sure it help to  lose your belly fat....
