Install media player 11 in XP SP2

How to install Media Player 11 in XP SP2 without internet connection.
I really need help because when I run setup it check the genuine certificate and I don't have genuine XP.

take my word and get windows xp legitimate version. it's 30 bucks only.
you answer to the question is try some uninstalling program.
